Salary: £55-65K car/car allowance benefits This is a key role where you'll be responsible for overseeing all health and safety procedures across various sites. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the company's excellent safety record and fostering a strong safety culture. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies and procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance. Lead health and safety training for all staff. Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions. Advise senior management on all H&S matters. About You: You must hold a NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent). You should have extensive experience in a Health and Safety Management role. Experience within the construction, plant hire, property or housing sector is highly desirable, though candidates with a strong background in other relevant industries will also be considered. You must be based within a commutable distance of Burton-on-Trent. You're a strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage with people at all levels.
