What will I be doing, what training is available?
* You will be responsible for writing specifications, schedules of work, condition surveying, defect analysis, building pathology and much more.
* The role will suit a Building Surveyor graduate with some industry experience.
* Full support to start your APC process is available if you have a RICS accredited degree.
What do I need?
* A RICS accredited degree in building surveying with one or two years’ experience.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD.
* Locally based to travel into the office and happy to travel to projects and work in London.
