Your new role
As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and continual improvement of the company's QMS. You will lead internal and external audits, manage documentation, support cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with ISO standards.This is a hands-on and highly influential role, involving close collaboration with production, design, procurement, suppliers, and senior management. You will design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System. Write and update procedures, policies, and processes aligned to ISO standards. Ensure QMS documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date. Lead internal and external audits across the business and its supply chain and host external accreditation and surveillance audits. Conduct supplier audits and gather compliance documentation. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and customer/regulatory requirements.
