Are you an experienced Motor Vehicle Engineering Lecturer ready to take on a new role immediately within a fast-paced and supportive FE College? The college is seeking someone to deliver and assess learners across Level 1 to Level 3 Motor Vehicle Engineering courses with high-quality teaching and strong learner engagement.
Responsibilities
* Deliver and assess Level 1 to Level 3 Motor Vehicle Engineering learners.
* Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in both workshop and classroom settings.
* Maintain high-quality teaching standards and monitor learner progress and achievement.
* Provide timely feedback and support to learners to promote progression.
* Manage classroom and workshop environments effectively to maximise learning outcomes.
Qualifications
* A relevant Motor Vehicle Engineering qualification (Level 3 or above).
* A teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent).
* Experience teaching or training within Motor Vehicle Engineering.
* Strong knowledge of Level 1 to Level 3 Motor Vehicle curriculum.
* Excellent classroom and workshop management skills.
* A proactive and motivated approach with the ability to hit the ground running.
