Are you a graduate with around a year’s experience in an administrative or office-based role, or a graduate with investor relations experience. Are you organised, detail-focused, and a strong communicator? A well-established finance firm is looking for a proactive and reliable Investor Relations Co-ordinator to join the team. This is an ideal role for someone looking to develop their career within a collaborative team environment, gaining hands-on experience across communications, events, data management and relationship coordination. What you’ll do: Assist in the preparation and editing of presentations and documents for investor meetings. Maintain and update contact databases and internal records. Support the organisation of meetings, events, and investor communications. Help with responses to investor queries and due diligence processes. Contribute to marketing initiatives and digital communications. Provide general administrative support to the wider team. What we’re looking for: A university degree. Around 12 months of office or administrative experience. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and written communication. A proactive approach and ability to manage multiple tasks. Friendly, professional communication style. An interest in business, investment, or technology is a bonus, but not essential.
