Installation Co-ordinator / SchedulerLocation: BedfordHours: 8:30 to 17:00Start Date: ASAPTravel: NoneOverview A specialist manufacturer and subcontractor supplying secure, high-performance door and access systems for government and public-sector projects requires an Installation Co-ordinator. The company designs, manufactures and installs bespoke door solutions for high-security environments and works closely with main contractors on multi-site installation programmes.This position supports the organisation of daily installation activities, ensuring schedules, documentation and customer communication are managed efficiently. It is a key role within a busy operational team and suits someone highly organised with strong communication skills.Main Responsibilities Maintain the installation whiteboard with accurate installation, planned and completion datesArrange installation dates with installation teams and customersCo-ordinate on site programmes and ensure all information is currentOrganise site surveys with customers and the surveying teamComplete delivery booking forms for productionProduce basic risk assessments and method statementsManage security clearances and training recordsLiaise with internal teams including Production, Contracts and ProjectsRequirements Experience working in the construction industryStrong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and OutlookExperience using bespoke IT systems such as Sage or similarConfident verbal communication skills, both on the phone and face to faceAbility to complete required security clearances including BPSS, DBS and SCTraining Provided In house product trainingEFACS MRP system trainingAdditional training reviewed every six monthsSearch Keywords Installation Co-ordinator Bedford, Scheduler Bedfordshire, Installation Scheduler, Construction Administrator, Manufacturing Administrator, Installation Planning, Project Scheduler, Secure Door Systems, Installation Support, Construction Co-ordinator, EFACS, Sage, MRP.TPBN1_UKTJ
