An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Princess of WalesCommunity Hospital for an enthusiastic physiotherapist to join their dynamicand welcoming team.
The trust is delighted to offer this opportunity to a passionateand forward thinking individual who has previous experience working within acommunity setting and has a wide range of rehabilitation knowledge of unwellolder patients.
Main duties of the job
Use a range of evidence based Physiotherapy clinicalskills and knowledge appropriate to the role
Have a good level of knowledge in a wide rangeof physical and mental health condition
Challenge poor behaviour and role model goodbehaviour
Identify and plan individual rehabilitationneeds in partnership with patients/ their carers
Make decisions autonomously, but liaise closelywith and work across the multidisciplinary integrated team
Maintain judgement and work effectively underpressure
Have effective negotiation skills whilstremaining sensitive to others needs
