How Will You Experience Success With Us
Executive support for the CEO (25% Focus)
Diary Management: Full diary management, travel and expense reconciliation.
Facilitation of events: Facilitate and co-ordinate offsites when attended or hosted by the CEO, coordinate Watchfinder presence at trade shows and external visits.
Group Liaison: Network and manage relevant relationships with Richemont E.A community to ensure the CEO is in turn well connected.
Leadership Governance & Meeting Management (50% Focus)
Priority Orchestration: Works closely with the CEO and Head of Strategy to translate strategic priorities into daily/weekly action plans.
Commercial Governance: Manages the rhythm of key commercial and strategic meetings, ensuring agendas are set, pre-reads are distributed, and outcomes are tracked.
Stakeholder Liaison: Acts as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering requests based on leadership priorities.
ExCo Operational Support (25% Focus)
Meeting Governance: Oversee the logistics and governance of "All ExCo" meetings and work closely with the Strategy team to ensure the right cadence and priority is allocated into ExCo diaries.
Townhall / All Employee meetings: Support the Strategy Team in ensuring the "All Employee Monthly Focus" meeting as well as other Townhalls are well prepared and facilitated, gathering ongoing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Alignment of focus: Monitor areas of changing focus to ensure the wider executive team remains aligned with core goals.
Tech Use: Supervise any AI/System/Tech tools we use with the ExCo to ensure any automated administrative, scheduling and note-taking tools are functioning at 100% accuracy.

Final Stage: Face to Face interview with the CEO.
