Digital Marketing Manager – ecommerce (food) – Salary up to £47k (hybrid)

Our client is looking for a hands-on, intelligent Marketer with strong digital experience and a passion for food and community. You’ll be responsible for shaping and executing a marketing strategy that drives growth, builds trust, and elevates the brand across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and optimise customer journeys across web and email, aligned to key personas
* Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance on-site experience
* Own email marketing strategy, including automated flows and campaign execution (Klaviyo)
* Drive seasonal campaigns and product promotions across site and email
* Build cross-sell/up-sell systems to connect complementary products
* Manage influencer partnerships to expand reach and reinforce brand values
* Ensure all communications reflect the brand’s core pillars and integrity
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within FMCG or food
* Strong Shopify and Klaviyo skills
* Analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and KPI-driven decision making
* Experience personalising customer journeys and communications
* Confidence working across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
