We are seeking an experienced Civil Works Superintendent to join our clients team on a major decommissioning and carbon capture project in Liverpool Bay. Reporting to the Construction Site Manager, you will lead a small civil supervision team and ensure subcontractors deliver safe, efficient and compliant work on site. Key Responsibilities * Promote and enforce safe working practices and environmental protection. * Oversee all civil works (direct or subcontracted) to meet quality, schedule and contractual requirements. * Develop time schedules and coordinate labour, plant and technical resources. * Drive cost-effective delivery of civil construction activities, working closely with supervisors. * Prepare progress reports, highlight deviations, and propose corrective actions. * Monitor productivity and workflow, liaising with wider project disciplines. * Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues on site. * Manage technical and administrative documentation. * Ensure timely MC certification and punch-list clearance.
