As a Young Persons Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting young people age 16 to 25 as they transition to adulthood. This is a statutory role guided by the Children Act 1989, Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000, and the Children and Social Work Act 2017.
You’ll manage a diverse caseload and act as a consistent, reliable figure helping young people build their future across housing, health, education, and employment.
