A keen and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator is required to join a leading independent estate agency in Worcester Park, handling property sales, generating business, and delivering excellent customer service in a busy, dynamic local office.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to join an established, market-leading estate agency in Worcester Park. The successful candidate will be experienced in residential property sales, proactive in spotting opportunities, and confident in securing deals.
Some listing experience would be beneficial, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets is essential. This role is ideal for someone ambitious and client-focused, looking to develop their career with a respected Surrey brand.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Registering and managing new applicants
* Conducting property viewings and securing offers
* Negotiating sales and progressing transactions
* Generating and winning new business opportunities
* Assisting with valuations and listings (if experienced)
* Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and stakeholders
* Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the sales process
* Working towards and exceeding individual and branch targets
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Previous residential estate agency experience essential
* Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven success
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Confident telephone manner and professional approach
* Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
* Knowledge of the Worcester Park and Surrey property market (advantageous)
* Full UK driving licence and own car essential
* Professional, proactive, and results-driven mindset
