Part-Time Credit Controller
Salary: Up to £35,000 per year (plus quarterly bonus scheme) FTE
Location: Avonmouth
Job Type: Part-Time, 3 days a week (Hybrid working with 1 day required onsite)
About the Role
Robert Half are partnering with an expanding business in Bristol to help recruit for a Credit Controller on a part-time and permanent basis.
You will take partial ownership of the credit control function, working alongside one other Credit Controller ensuring effective cash collection and minimising bad debt.
You will be responsible for managing the sales ledger, resolving invoicing queries, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices via telephone, email, and written communication to maximise cash flow and reduce debtor days.
2. Post customer receipts to Xero.
3. Resolve customer queries efficiently, liaising with sales and operations teams as required.
4. Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
5. Achieve targets for cash collection, outbound calls, and overdue debt percentage.
6. Produce and present weekly reports for senior management.
