Teads is seeking an Industry Director for the CPG/FMCG sector to join our Strategic Accounts team based in London.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a pioneering company in full-funnel digital advertising solutions. The Strategic Accounts Team is crucial to Teads' growth, with strategic partnerships with top global brands. Building on recent successes, the focus will be on expanding within the CPG/FMCG sector, leveraging proven experience in digital sales to grow revenue and deepen relationships with key clients.
You will collaborate with our Agency Sales teams worldwide to manage high-level media agency relationships and serve as an expert in CPG advertising, upskilling local sales teams on sector growth strategies.
You will report to the VP of Strategic Accounts UK and contribute to developing an advertiser-first strategy.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and enhance Teads' growth strategy in the CPG/FMCG sector.
2. Establish and grow partnerships with leading CPG/FMCG brands in the UK.
3. Become the sector's go-to expert, tailoring solutions to meet advertiser needs.
4. Ensure Teads is a key part of clients' media strategies by fostering relationships and establishing annual partnerships.
5. Achieve sales targets within the CPG/FMCG sector.
Additional Responsibilities
1. Develop thought leadership within the CPG/FMCG vertical.
2. Deliver consultative sales presentations leveraging industry knowledge and market trends.
3. Contribute to market intelligence and insights.
4. Engage with industry committees and conferences to stay at the forefront of industry developments.
Requirements
* Strong understanding and experience with CPG/FMCG clients in the UK.
* Ability to build relationships with marketing and media decision-makers.
* Proven track record of building sustainable partnerships.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of online video, display, performance, and CTV.
* Leadership skills to influence and develop colleagues.
* Results-oriented with a history of business conversion from other media channels.
* Willingness to travel and work across time zones.
* High energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive, resourceful attitude.
