Day Electrician (Widnes, Cheshire)
We are recruiting for a Day Electrician to provide support for our Widnes site with electrical installations and maintenance of electrical supplies. To have the responsibility for the maintenance and breakdown of electrical systems and equipment on site.
Successful candidates should possess the following skills/qualifications:
· 18th Edition (BS7671:2018) plus either;
· NVQ Level 3 Electro Technical Services in Electrical or BTEC National Certificate in Electrical Engineering
· Knowledge of PLCs, 3 phase motors, fault finding & trouble shooting on industrial control systems and understanding of electrical drawings.
· Knowledge of building MCC panels advantageous but not essential.
· Diagnose malfunctioning apparatus including LV Circuits, Electrical motors, power and lighting, using test equipment.
· Responsibility of safety of themselves and others

Hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00, one hour break for lunch (paid).
