As a Residential Property Paralegal, you will play a key role in assisting our fee earners with managing caseloads from instruction through to post-completion. You will liaise directly with clients and third parties, prepare documentation, and ensure that transactions are progressed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
* Drafting legal documents including contracts and transfer deeds
* Ordering and reviewing searches, reporting to clients, and liaising with lenders
* Preparing completion statements and handling post-completion registrations
* Communicating effectively with clients, agents, and solicitors to keep matters on track
* Maintaining compliance with regulatory and firm standards
About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and client-focused. You should bring:
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing (essential)
* A good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
