Responsibilities include:
1. Maintaining and repairing a wide range of Mechanical, Electrical, Medical Plant & Equipment, and Building faults.
2. Deputising for Team Leaders.
3. Undertaking authorized roles such as Legionella, medical gases pipeline systems, electrical safety, and ventilation.
4. Calling approved Contractors for maintenance breakdowns and repairs when required.
5. Being included on the On-Call Rota to meet emergency and urgent situations out of core working hours.
6. Dealing with Major incidents such as loss of electrical services, Medical gas, heating, and hot water services to critical areas.
7. Motivating, training, and developing the maintenance team and apprenticeship schemes to ensure efficient service delivery.
8. Performing planned maintenance and repairs of Mechanical and Electrical plant, equipment, and services.
9. Escalating calls to team leaders for contractor repairs and breakdowns.
