An ambitious and growing law firm in Central London is looking for an experienced Commercial Conveyancing Team Leader to join their property department. The Opportunity:As the Commercial Conveyancing Team Leader, you’ll take on a reduced personal caseload while providing day-to-day leadership and supervision to a team of junior fee earners. You’ll play a key role in driving team performance, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise a team of commercial property fee earners
* Manage a reduced caseload of commercial conveyancing matters
* Provide support, mentoring and ongoing training to team members
* Oversee transaction progress and ensure quality compliance
* Monitor team KPIs and assist in meeting targets
* Encourage a collaborative and high-performing team culture
About You:
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or Licensed Conveyancer
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial conveyancing
* Proven experience managing or mentoring a team
* Confident handling leasehold and freehold transactions from inception to completion
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Commercially minded with the ability to thrive under pressure
