FP&A Analyst - About The Role In this role, you will be reporting into the Financial Controller and will be working within a finance team of 10. They are looking for an analytical individual that will play a crucial role in guiding the organisation’s financial health by providing insightful analysis, forecasting and strategic planning. Your key responsibilities will be: * Financial planning and forecasting: Develop and manage comprehensive financial models to project the company’s future financial performance, including cash flow and P&L statements * Lead the preparation of the annual budget, collaborating with various departments to ensure accuracy and alignment * Produce timely and accurate management reports, including analysis of sales and operational expenditure * Analyse discrepancies between actual financial results and forecasts/budgets, identifying underlying trends and providing recommendations * Assisting in strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions * Partner with business units to offer financial insights that drive strategic decisions and improve overall performance The successful FP&A Analyst will have/be: * Previous experience in a similar position * Actively studying towards a professional accountancy qualification * Experience with Power BI * Advanced IT skills * Ability to communicate at all levels FP&A Analyst - Benefits * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Hybrid working - minimum of 2 days in the office * Study support package * Car parking onsite * Discount on company products * Pension scheme Howett Thorpe are acting as a recruitment agency in relation to this role and comply with all relevant UK legislation and do not discriminate on any protected characteristics.
