## DescriptionIT Support Technician We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Technician in the Aylesbury region, to work for a 30+ million turnover office technology business. This role comes with a fantastic progression opportunity for an IT professional who is looking to expand their knowledge and progress their career in the industry. Key Responsibilities \* Providing technical support via the company helpdesk to a wide variety of clients across the UK. \* Troubleshooting a wide variety of IT systems, including; Hardware, Network and Infrastructure faults. \* Configuring new user IT/Telecoms/Print equipment \* Networking devices and providing general support with any technical related queries. \* Providing exceptional customer service to ensure issues are being resolved in a timely manner.
