About the role:
Argos Shift Managers are responsible for managing shifts within our Argos stores, inspiring and motivating teams, and providing on-the-job support. They coach colleagues to ensure excellent customer service while working alongside the team. They may lead store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, handling tasks like organizing the warehouse, managing deliveries, and serving customers. They are experts in our products and focus on driving sales and profitability.
