Job Description The role of the Customer Onboarding Executive (UK) is important to us. You will be responsible for supporting our customers with a best-in-class customer onboarding experience. We would love to welcome you to our Global Telematics Hub – Arden Square, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm. Role responsibilities: Calling newly acquired customers to Radius Telematics and ensuring that they receive a red-carpet experience Working a ‘check list’ of items to ensure swift install and activation of customer Telematics devices Supporting new customers with providing systems training and setting up of key business software reports Seeking out additional opportunities for customer upsell and cross-sell into the wider Radius Group Working cross-departmentally to solve challenges with the customer at the heart of everything you do Updating business systems and CRM
