Investigo are currently partnered with a global software development and IT services organisation, who are searching for a Senior Procurement Manager to join the team, responsible for their Professional Services and HR spend.

You will become part of a recently formed procurement function, at an exciting time for the business, as they enter a new phase of strategy and growth.
As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for the following, but not limited to:
* Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management – Develop and execute procurement strategies for HR & professional services, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.
* Contract Negotiation & Risk Mitigation – Lead negotiations with suppliers for recruitment, training, consulting, and other professional services, securing favourable terms while managing contractual risks.
* Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with HR, finance, and legal teams to understand business needs, optimize service delivery, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
* Supplier Performance & Compliance – Monitor and assess vendor performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
* Cost Optimization & Budget Management – Identify opportunities for cost savings, process efficiencies, and value-added initiatives while managing budgets and procurement spend effectively.
