Key Responsibilities:
As a Property Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasehold and freehold developments. You'll interact with clients, freeholders, and leaseholders, ensuring high standards of property management are upheld. Your key responsibilities will include:
Property Management: Delivering high quality management services for your portfolio, including coordinating site inspections and handling maintenance requests.
Client & Leaseholder Relations: Responding to client and leaseholder inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining positive relationships at all times.
Financial Oversight: Preparing and reviewing service charge budgets, ensuring accurate billing, and collaborating with clients on year-end accounts.
Team Collaboration: Coordinating with property assistants and contractors to maintain high standards, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring all properties comply with legal and safety requirements, including fire risk assessments and insurance coverage.
Reporting & Communication: Keeping clients informed through regular updates and attending/hosting meetings with leaseholders when required.What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in property management, with knowledge of Landlord & Tenant and Fire Safety Legislation.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A professional and courteous approach to all interactions.
Familiarity with Qube property management software is a plus.
