About the Role As HE Programme Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the effective management, quality assurance and delivery of the Rural Land accelerated degree. You will: Lead and manage the programme in line with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) requirementsCoordinate module delivery and support the teaching teamOversee quality assurance processes, including internal verification and moderationSupport recruitment, outreach and employer engagementProvide academic leadership and contribute to the wider Higher Education strategy Alongside programme leadership, you will deliver high-quality teaching through lectures, seminars, tutorials, fieldwork and online delivery. You will design and assess engaging assignments, supervise dissertations and integrated projects, and provide personalised academic support to students. This is a role for someone who enjoys balancing strategic oversight with hands-on teaching and mentoring.
