As Fund Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of client services — managing day-to-day administration, ensuring accuracy in all reporting, and maintaining strong client relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Deliver a range of fund administration services to a varied portfolio of clients and related entities
* Manage workload effectively, ensuring all client requests are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company and regulatory standards
* Support senior team members in the preparation of reports, board packs, and client correspondence
* Liaise confidently with clients, auditors, and other external parties as required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Strong academic background, ideally working towards or holding a relevant professional qualification (e.g. ICSA Level 4 or 5)
* 3–5 years’ relevant experience in fund administration or a related finance discipline
* Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Familiarity with fund structures and company law principles preferred
