**What You'll Do:**
Develop and execute a comprehensive pre- and post-induction plan that supports new ways of working and prioritizes customer focus.
Create a scalable knowledge framework that evolves with our needs and aligns with job roles. Curate engaging learning content through e-learning, interactive sessions, and expert mentorship. Collaborate with talented L&D colleagues and industry experts to enhance our training programs.
E-learning modules, Face-to-face and remote training sessions, Expert-led mentoring and shadowing opportunities, Supplier-led learning and product immersion.
Collaborate effectively with:
* L&D colleagues, subject matter experts, and branch teams.
* Local HR teams and operational leaders to design site-specific onboarding experiences.
* External suppliers and partners where necessary to enrich content.
Support the wider business strategy by embedding the framework as a long-term development tool for all branch colleagues across the territory.
