About The Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team, based at our centre in Castleford. The role involves calling prospective customers (inbound and outbound) in order to generate leads and book appointments for the territory field sales team members. Outbound and inbound contact, utilising data from a CRM base, is key to promoting our forklift product solutions and services.
Responsibilities
* Direct selling to customers.
* Updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
* Perform direct selling to customers and prospects for products within Toyota's portfolio.
Qualifications
* Passionate and results‑driven.
* A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
* Excellent organisation and time‑management skills.
* Experience of both traditional and online interaction with customers is desirable but not essential.
* PC literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes.
