We are looking for a permanent Team Manager (Hospitality) to manage and develop a range of service functions within a designated geographical area ensuring a quality and cost-effective service that meets required standards.

Hospitality Team Manager
* 36 hours per week on a 52-week contract as required Monday to Friday - Managing a Hospitality Team in the East of Fife from Burtisland to Tayport. The area includes Nurseries, Primary, Special, High School Catering. Client Catering and Staff Cafes. - This position offers a unique blend of leadership, community impact, and operational management in a rewarding environment. This diverse and varied role can vary from day to day and requires exemplary organisational skills along with flexibility.
Setting, adjusting and managing Service Level Agreements and setting good working practices to ensure the effective delivery of services.
Ensuring conformance and compliance with Health and Safety legislation taking action for non-compliance and undertake risk assessments.
Negotiating and implementing changes and variations to specifications and service provision for work within individual units, preparing specifications tailored to client's requirements based on service provision and/or budget availability.
Carrying out investigations, chairing hearings relating to disciplinary and absence to the relevant level.
You will earn a competitive salary of £44,225.49 - £53,141.91 in this permanent post and have access to a range of benefits, including:

This post is about ensuring the effective running and safe operations within schools and council buildings throughout Fife.
The Person
If you meet the essential qualification criteria as per the Role Profile, we'd like to hear from you:
Educated to SCQF level 9 which includes a degree or equivalent or recognised professional qualification, or significant relevant experience within a similar environment.
Multi-Site experience in Facilities Management.
BICs Certificate or equivalent.
Intermediate Food Hygiene
Knowledge of Nutritional Standards for Schools (Scotland)
IT, Literacy, Numeracy & Budget skills.
Manual handling skills.
Significant knowledge of Food and Hygiene Legislations and Food and Drinks regulations
Extensive experience in large event or function catering
Flexible approach to work, evening, weekend working when required
Before confirming your appointment, you may be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
You will be required to attend Induction Training before starting in post.
