The role:
As a PMO & Portfolio Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:
1. Support portfolio planning, prioritisation, and control by collecting, validating, and analysing project and portfolio data across all business units.
2. Maintain and manage portfolio data tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint), including user access, data refreshes, and data integrity.
3. Oversee information flow and documentation across portfolio tools and SharePoint sites, ensuring stakeholders have access to current and accurate project information.
4. Support the preparation and coordination of portfolio review meetings, including scheduling, agenda development, and action tracking.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
5. Good analytical skills and confidence working with data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and simple database queries.
6. Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage tasks and timelines effectively.
7. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present information clearly.
8. Exposure to project management or PMO processes, ideally within an engineering, construction, or capital projects environment.
