We’re looking for an experienced Partnerships Consultant to lead the development of strategic partnerships that drive lead generation and market expansion for our franchise network. This is a 6-month contract role, with potential to extend, and reports directly to the Head of Revenue.
What you’ll be expected to do
Own the end-to-end partnership acquisition process – from identifying and sourcing potential partners through to negotiation, contracting, and launch.
Develop, close and launch 2–3 high-impact national partnerships by end of Q1 2026 that materially increase lead flow.
Design partnership propositions and commercial models that work for both sides (e.g. revenue share, referral fees, co-branding, or white-labelling).
Coordinate with revenue, operations, and franchise teams to ensure partnership activity is fit for purpose.
Who you are
A proven B2B partnerships or business development professional with experience building complex commercial partnerships with national brands.
Excellent communicator and negotiator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and managing multiple complex discussions at once.
Pragmatic, resourceful, and fast-moving — happy to operate in a startup-style environment and move quickly from idea to signed deal.
Ideally with an existing contact book of potential prospects to enable hitting the ground running from day one.
A self-starter can own and drive the process end-to-end with limited input.
Ideally, you'll have an existing contact book of potential prospects, including:
