INDSS Account Manager - Property Services (Maintenance) £40,000 - £45,000 per year City of London | Full-time | Onsite (Monday to Friday) Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in property or maintenance services? This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key client account in the heart of London, managing day-to-day operations, coordinating maintenance activities, and delivering exceptional service on behalf of a leading provider in the sector. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that offers clear progression and the chance to work with a high-profile, long-term client. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for an established, high-value client account. Coordinate and manage property maintenance requests across London. Schedule and allocate work to engineers, contractors, and suppliers. Liaise with tenants to arrange access and ensure service is delivered with minimal disruption. Monitor job progress, troubleshoot issues, and keep the client informed throughout. Maintain accurate records, reporting, and invoicing. Support and oversee an Associate Account Manager (once appointed) for administrative tasks. About You Previous experience in Account Management, Property Maintenance, or Property Management. Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicator with great relationship-building skills. Able to manage expectations, stay calm under pressure, and resolve issues efficiently. Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRMs, or maintenance management systems is beneficial.
