£65,000 £75,000 + Package (DOE)
Were working with a well-established building services contractor delivering multiple projects across London and surrounding areas, and are looking to appoint Electrical Site Managers on a permanent basis.
Projects are primarily within the education sector (schools) and are spread across Enfield, Harlow, Stansted, and Heathrow, offering a range of locations across London and the surrounding counties.
This is a great opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work and long-term progression.
Youll take full responsibility for managing electrical works on site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day electrical site operations
* Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
* Ensure works are delivered to programme and budget
* Oversee health & safety, RAMS, and compliance
* Liaise with main contractors, clients, and stakeholders
* Review drawings and manage technical queries
* Drive quality, commissioning readiness, and handover
About You
* Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager or Supervisor
* Background in building services / MEP projects
* Experience on commercial or xcswzye education projects (schools ideal)
* Strong H&S and site delivery knowledge
* Good leadership and communication skills
* Stable work history preferred
