Brook Street Recruitment is working with our client in Mallusk hire a full time and permanent Class 2 HGV Driver Reporting to the Transport Supervisor the duties will include the following:

* Delivery of goods on the most time and cost-effective routes.
* Care and maintenance of your vehicle as discussed, including arranging services and other work as required.
* Responsibility for checking the stability and safety of all loads.
* Complying with all applicable health and safety regulations.
* Responsibility for the cleanliness of your vehicle, and the image, helpfulness and courtesy presented to our customers by you, a representative of the company.
* The filling in of weekly vehicle inspections sheets
* Ensure all goods loaded for delivery have a docket for signing.
Acquire a signature on respective dockets for goods delivered and return for filing.
* Preparing your vehicle for Loading and Unloading.
* Help load your own vehicle if shift time allows ( counter balance forklift required )
* Ensure correct use of Tachograph and stay within legal time limits.
* Assisting with other tasks as required.
You will be required to drive all over Ulster and down to Dublin twice a week ( you will go once a week on a rotation) In addition to the duties and responsibilities outlined above you will also be required to carry out such other duties, and projects, on a continuous or ad-hoc basis, as directed from time to time by the Manager.

- Also Overtime at 1.4 rate.
Working 39hrs per week: Mon
- Wed 7am to 5pm, Thursday 7am to 3pm and Friday 7am to 1pm Excellent company BONUS SCHEME plus further staff incentives.
