We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist/team member to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. Duties
* Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company
* Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
* Manage booking and showing safety briefing.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
* Making sure toilets are cleaned on a hourly basis
* end of day tasks are completed.

Requirements
* Proven reception/ leisure experience in a similar role is essential
* Strong computer skills
* Administrative experience with a focus on organisational skills
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
