Job Title: Accounts Clerk
Location: Finance Dept - Head Office – New Malden
Reporting To: Accounts Manager

Main Purpose: To provide an efficient, accurate and timely administration service for Head
Full time Monday to Friday:
Hours - 40 per week - 8.00am to 5pm (8 hrs per day with 1hr lunch) – payable monthly
Starting Rate of pay = £29,000
Main Duties:
Cash Up Shop/Yard Tills
· G4s – cash pick up/change delivery
· Printing emails
· Posting takings journal
· Recording and reconciling till differences
· Posting till correction journals
· Bank reconciliation
· Order change requirements
· Match purchase invoices/del notes/goods in notes
· Purchase invoice register invoices
· Purchase invoice register Priorities
· Weekly purchase ledger payments
· Monthly purchase ledger payments
· Individual supplier payments as required
· Managing Datalist spreadsheet
· Weekly Payroll processing
· Weekly Payroll filing
· Answering and directing incoming calls
· Sort and Distribute post and courier bags
Other duties In accordance with the needs of the office & during hols/sickness/busy periods.
Schedule is Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
