The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a Technical Manager within the new build housing sector is advantageous
* Highly motivated with a proactive and ambitious attitude
* Strong organisational and management skills
* Used to working in a fast paced environment
* Hands on approach
* AutoCAD experience will be beneficial
Key Responsibilities
* Working on projects from tender stage taking responsibility for the tender packs highlighting risks, opportunities and any anticipated commercial issues.
* Ensuring projects are being built in line with current building regulations.
* Once sites are accepted doing full technical appraisals/reviews ensuring the full technical team required is in place ahead of construction.
* Liaising with the external technical team including architect and engineers from precon through to handover.
* Working with building control.
* Managing the Technical Coordinator.
