This role sits as the senior finance lead on site, managing day-to-day financial operations while acting as the key point of contact with wider group. The Finance Controller will be supporting both local management and wider group reporting requirements. Key responsibilities will include: Leading the preparation of accurate monthly management accounts, forecasts and budgets Acting as a business partner to senior operational and commercial stakeholders Managing and developing the existing finance team Maintaining and reporting on key financial KPIs Supporting finance transformation activity, including systems, processes or structural change Identifying and mitigating financial and operational risk during periods of transition The successful candidate is likely to have: Proven experience in a finance leadership or senior management role A strong track record of managing reporting within a group structure Experience of finance transformation, change or systems improvement Strong technical accounting and financial reporting capability The ability to communicate confidently with both local management and group stakeholders Package and working pattern: Salary: £50,000 £60,000 Predominantly site-based role with some flexibility for home working Full-time, Monday to Friday 25 days holiday plus bank holidays IPS Finance has 45 years experience in the Yorkshire accountancy recruitment market.
