Job Description Employment Solicitor (Junior Partner / Team Leader) Location : Northampton Salary : £85,000 to £110,000 Experience : 7 years PQE (guide) Our client is looking to recruit an Employment Solicitor (Junior Partner / Team Leader) to join their Northampton office as part of a planned growth phase. This is a genuine leadership opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership of team development, build the practice, and be a visible figure internally and externally. The firm is not rushing this hire. They want the right person who is ready to step up into leadership, or step out into a bigger role with the support to succeed. You will be trusted to run high-quality work, develop client relationships, and help shape how the team grows over the next few years. What You’ll Be Doing You will lead on a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment work, acting for employer clients and also supporting employee matters.
