This is an excellent opportunity to join an international business who specialise in the medical device field. This role will be well suited to a multiskilled and electrically biased maintenance engineer who is looking to work in a secure business in a role without nights. Following significant investment and increased orders they are looking to take on an additional engineer to supplement the current work force, initially on a contract basis but with a view of becoming permanent.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Support the effective integration of new machinery/technology.
* Electrical and mechanical problem solving and fault diagnosis.
* To always consider the health and safety of themselves and others.
* Maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of production equipment
* Ability to determine appropriate safety standards for new and existing equipment and methods of installation.
Requirements
* Apprenticeship trained : electrically biased but multiskilled.
* Broad experience in electrical and mechanical Systems.
* Experience in an FMCG environment.
* Experience working with Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems and controls, Fire Protection systems, HV and LV Electrical networks.
