What you'll be doing: Maintain full financial oversight of the programme, including CapEx, RevEx, and OpEx tracking. Manage the end-to-end process of purchase orders (POs), receipting, accruals, and invoice reconciliation across multiple suppliers. Maintain and enhance programme governance processes, templates, and standards. Produce and distribute high-quality Executive Packs and Programme Dashboards for senior stakeholders and steering committees. Own and manage the programme-level RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies). Support change control governance, ensuring impacts to scope, cost, and schedule are assessed and recorded. Work closely with the Programme Manager, workstream leads, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on programme goals and delivery status. Utilise and maintain project and PMO tools such as MS Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Power BI, Oracle Fusion, PM3, or equivalent. What you'llbring: 5+ years’ experience in a PMO Analyst or Programme Analyst role supporting large, complex technology or infrastructure programmes (£50M+). Strong background in financial management, including CapEx, RevEx, OpEx, POs, receipting, and accruals. Proven ability to create high-impact executive reporting and dashboards. Skilled in risk, issue, and governance management within a PMO structure. Experience working on large-scale network infrastructure or technology deployment programmes is highly desirable.
