Program Overview
We’re in relentless pursuit of breakthroughs that change patients’ lives. We innovate every day to make the world a healthier place. The Pfizer Summer Student Programme is an opportunity for UK-based university students to work on real, impactful projects over a 2–12 week period at various Pfizer sites across the UK.
How It Works
Departments across Pfizer match students to projects that align with their future career interests. Students receive challenging work assignments, collaborate with colleagues at all levels, and are integrated into team meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder interactions. A mentoring relationship is typically formed, and students are evaluated with seriousness and given valuable feedback.
