Join our dynamic Marine team at Marsh as a Client Executive, where you will play a key role in managing an allocated client account portfolio while supporting the Account Executive/Broker. You will handle your own portfolio of small to medium-sized clients and contribute to the team’s overall client growth. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional service in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
This role will be based in Norwich and is a hybrid position with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
* Manage relationships with clients, prospects, and producers to deliver exceptional service and drive growth.
* Handle day-to-day queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments for your allocated client portfolio.
* Coordinate the production and quality assurance of client deliverables.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with underwriters (P&I clubs) and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent client service.
* Supervise and support client managers in their daily activities and collaborate across the marine department and wider company.
What you need to have:
* Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a Client Executive or similar client-facing role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence to advise and negotiate.
* Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proven ability to build, manage, and develop relationships.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
