Key Responsibilities In this role, you will play an important part in delivering exceptional service to customers, colleagues and partners. Your responsibilities will include: Providing first‑class communication and support via phone and email Managing designated customer accounts and liaising with partner organisations Preparing quotes, processing data and conducting contract reviews Handling Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDA) where required Manual order entry, order processing and issuing order acknowledgements Working with multi‑currency transactions (GBP and USD) Setting up new customer accounts, processing application forms and end‑user documentation Running weekly system reports and updating sales orders Coordinating weekly order books and shipping reports Ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail Learning and navigating in‑house systems and procedures Supporting excellent customer satisfaction at all times Collaborating with internal teams, including colleagues based overseas What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
