* Salary: Depending on experience
* Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a half-day finish on Friday

Company Overview
We are working with a well-established engineering company seeking to add a Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental Lead to their team.
Role Responsibilities
1. Maintain and improve the company's Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental systems, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and accreditation requirements.
2. Promote best practices and employee involvement in quality and safety awareness and improvement activities.
3. Review, analyse, and report on the performance of quality systems.
4. Identify training needs and facilitate improvements in product, process, and project controls.
5. Check and approve manufacturing documentation.
6. Manage all aspects of health, safety, and environmental requirements, including staff inductions, fire precautions, First Aid, PAT testing, recycling, and hazardous waste disposal.
Candidate Requirements
* Educated in a relevant engineering discipline or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge.
* Experience in a Quality and HSE role within manufacturing or engineering environments.
* Experience with measuring equipment such as CMM.
* Knowledge of developing and implementing H&S policies, procedures, risk assessments, and RAMs.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
* Self-motivated, able to work independently or in a team.
* NEBOSH qualification is advantageous.
