Job Title: Credit Controller
Power NI, part of Energia Group, has an exciting opportunity for a Credit Controller based in Belfast. This is a full-time, permanent role with 37 working hours per week, operating on a hybrid model (2 days in the office, 3 days remote).
About the Role
The Credit Controller will negotiate with customers to offer suitable repayment options, working within a high-performing team to provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities include engaging with domestic customers facing difficulties paying their energy bills through inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating active listening, empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused approach.
About You
* Experience handling difficult conversations in a target-driven environment
* Strong resilience, empathy, and adaptability
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong negotiation abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and multi-channel communication management
