Support the NAV and Business Central systems by providing 2nd and 3rd line support.
Contribute to end-user training, including developing system documentation and training materials.
Collaborate closely with the Business Central Support Manager on projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with data migration and data mapping for Business Central projects.
Participate in project teams delivering key projects aligned with business strategy, supporting training, UAT, and go-live phases.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand the needs of different functions and the organization.
Help document and centralize training notes.
Support in defining and documenting testing procedures for changes.
Serve as the primary contact for key report queries.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
* Knowledge of Dynamics NAV / Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013/2016, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), especially Finance Management, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, and Purchasing modules.
* Experience supporting end-users with queries and issues.
* Ability to produce clear, accurate documentation.
* Experience with NAV / Business Central implementations.
* Results-oriented with good management skills.
* Calm, focused, and optimistic under pressure.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
* Experience supporting Business Central SaaS.
* Previous experience in a service industry and application support.
* Understanding of large business environment complexities.
