Overview
Our client is an award-winning firm with offices throughout Scotland who is looking for an experienced Private Client Senior Solicitor to join their successful practice. You will join a Partner and experienced team and work collaboratively with other areas of the business to provide a full service to valued clients. You will be responsible for estate planning, trust and executry administration and drafting Wills and Power of Attorneys whilst supervising and supporting junior members of staff.
Responsibilities
* Handle estate planning, trust and executry administration.
* Draft Wills and Powers of Attorney.
* Supervise and support junior staff members.
* Collaborate with other areas of the business to provide a full service to clients.
Qualifications
* 3 to 5 years\' PQE in a similar position.
* STEP qualification is preferred but not essential; full funding and support will be provided.
