We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to head up our client's busy Recruitment/Talent team on a permanent basis.
This is a hybrid position based 3 days a week from the Head Office in Cambridge and is paying £60-65k.
This is a key role for the organisation, crucial in the shaping of recruitment and talent strategies as they enter a period of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading a team of Talent Acquisition professionals and overseeing the end-to-end recruitment/talent lifecycle
* Leveraging data-driven insights and the latest recruitment tools to optimise hiring, workforce planning, and talent development
* Working closely with the HR leadership team to ensure alignment between talent strategy, people priorities and organisational objectives
* Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders and key stakeholders, influencing workforce decisions, advising on market trends, and supporting strategic planning at group and board level
* Managing budgets, talent pipelines and succession planning processes
About You:
1. Experience working within a regulated environment is highly desirable
