What You’ll Be Doing Managing and developing an existing book of business across Risk, Healthcare, and Corporate Benefits. Driving 10% annual portfolio growth, focusing on both client retention and new business. Acting as a trusted adviser, delivering genuine consultancy – not just sales. Building long-term client relationships and identifying opportunities for added value. Collaborating closely with a non-hierarchical, supportive team that values culture, engagement, and working together. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Consultant, with strong expertise in Risk and Healthcare.
